1/3 cup pecan
pieces
Bring a large pot
of water to boil. Add green beans, return to boil. Cook 1 minute.
Drain but don’t
rinse beans.
Add oil to a wok
or large skillet; heat until a drop of water sizzles.
Add beans; cook
about 1 minute turning beans often.
Add ingredients
from option one or two above; continue turning beans.
Cook about 2 more
minutes. Beans should be tender crisp.
Salt to taste.
