BROCCOLI RAISIN SALAD
2 bunches raw broccoli, cut up
(remember to save the stems, peel them and combine with
other veggies
cooked or raw)
1 medium red onion (or ½ if you wish)
½ cup raisins (either color)
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled (or use real bacon
bits)
Dressing
1 cup light mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons vinegar
2 Tablespoons sugar
Mix dressing ingredients and mix into other ingredients.
Flavor will be best if it is made at least 2 hours before
serving.
