POTATO VEGETABLE AND HAM CHOWDER
- 3 Tablespoon butter1i>
- ¼ cup chopped onion1i>
- 3 Tablespoon flour1i>
- 1 Tablespoon chicken bouillon1i>
- ¼ Teaspoon thyme1i>
- 1/8 Teaspoon pepper1i>
- 2 Cups milk1i>
- 1 Cup water1i>
- 2 Cups diced cooked potatoes1i>
- 9 ounces frozen mixed vegetables1i>
- 1 Cup cooked ham

Melt butter and sauté onion. Stir while adding flour and
seasonings. Cook one minute. Stir in milk and water. Bring to a boil.
Stir in ham potatoes and veggies. Simmer for 10 minutes. (Serves 6)
