These are quick, easy and very rich. Use silver muffin liners to make them look pretty. Use for a party or a gift.

Mini Pecan Pie Muffins

1-cup light brown sugar
1/2-cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans
3 dozen pecan halves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients with a plastic or wooden spoon. Do not use a mixer. Grease mini-muffins pans or use paper/foil liners. Fill each cup 2/3 full. Place a pecan half on top of each muffing. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 2 ½ to 3 dozen.
