CUCUMBER SALAD

Serves 6

2 large cucumbers, peeled & sliced thin
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons fresh dill, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup white or sherry vinegar

Combine all ingredients. Cover an refrigerate a minimum of 2 hours, stirring occasionally.Serve cold.
