Price for one room, one night, one or two people                        Includes breakfast:                  $75
      Each extra person is          $15 
 
Price for meetings without food:
             half day:                       $30
             whole day:                    $55
 
Meeting space no added charge if meals are included.
Menus and prices are negotiable ranging from $5.50 to
$30.00. Minimum of 8 people required. Seating available
up to 32 people. Available morning through evening hours.
 
Rent the entire house; price begins at   $275

Full use of kitchen per day                    $25

Space for parking a camper                   $10          

 

 Additional costs depend on number of people
 and other services needed.

House Rules:

* No smoking, No pets, No same day reservations.
* All reservations made by phone and email.
* Deposit is required.
* Price subject to change at any time without notice and does not include Iowa 5% excise tax
