The Friendship Room

The Friendship Room looks out to the southeast. You will see the neighbor's cattle and pond across the road. Their land was once Harris land. The railroad stop, Harrisdale, was just south of the pasture. Atlantic is over the hill to the southeast. One double bed, dresser, and vanity furnish the room. There is also a large closet with a window.

The price is $60 per night for one or two people and includes breakfast.

Kenneth and Marie Suiter Harris, parents of the current owner, used this room. Marie brought the bedroom suite with her when they were married. The chairs are from her family. Marie is very fond of pansies, which represent friendship.

A friend, Mary Ann Moorman, gave money to support refurbishing this room.
